First Inaugural Meeting

It will be an intimate gathering where we plan to discuss the objective of the group, format, timeline and to get to know one another. Just to give you an idea, some of the topics we wish to address across the scope of this network: – Specialized knowledge: (selection of software, option plans, recent tax developments, controls set-up, etc.) – Exit: (discussing acquisition process, due diligence matters and integration, etc.) – Expansion: (fundraising, setting up multiple branches, local compliance, etc.) – Early Stage: We are partnering with Marathon Venture Capital in an attempt to make finance processes more founder-friendly for early stage startups where oftentimes there is no dedicated finance personnel in place. Ultimately, we want to ensure that we create a group that is beneficial for everyone. We hope this effort will help push our companies and similar companies in the Greek tech scene forward. 1.
